Custom-built products, such as custom PCs, are non-returnable unless there is a defect or damage done by the Kayan Team.
Software products, consumables (like ink and toner cartridges), and services rendered are non-returnable.

Please provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
4. Refunds
If brought to our store, our team will inspect the product and your refund will be processed immediately.
